Overview

Manage the physical operations of an expanding portfolio of high-end residential properties. You will oversee maintenance, renovations, landscaping, security system performance, and all capital projects. This is a hands-on role requiring deep knowledge of construction, mechanical systems, and smart home technology.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance and repair across all properties
• Vetting and managing contractors
• Managing budgets for capital improvements
• Overseeing a new major construction project (ground-up development)
• Ensuring all properties meet luxury standards

Qualifications

• 8+ years in property management / estate management for large private estates
• Technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and basements
• Experience with new construction and renovation oversight
• Clean driving record
